Sales Account Manager B2B - US Market

We are seeking an experienced and confident Sales Account Manager (B2B) to join our US Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven experience in B2B Cold Calling, Key Account Management, and handling CRM systems.

This role is focused on building and maintaining relationships with international clients, understanding their business needs, and helping them find the right solutions through Raast’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct B2B cold calls to generate new business leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
• Maintain detailed records and pipelines using CRM software.
• Prepare and deliver service presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Account Management / Cold Calling (US Market preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
• Confident, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must be available for the Night Shift (05 PM – 02 AM PKST).

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
