Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Sales Account Manager (Managed Services)
to lead and grow our Managed Services portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our managed IT services in Kuwait. You will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for managed services offerings.

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and proposing appropriate managed service solutions.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospects in the market.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Collaborate with technical teams to align service delivery with client expectations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Track sales pipeline, forecast sales, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.

Participate in contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling managed services solutions.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to promote Diyar United’s managed services.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in Managed Services or IT services.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the managed services sector.

Strong understanding of IT managed services, cloud solutions, and technology consulting.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.

Results-driven with a strategic approach to sales.

Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.

Knowledge of the Kuwait market and business culture is a plus.
