Sales Account Manager Team Lead -EGY

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader with strong experience in the SaaS industry and deep understanding of the Egyptian market. The role is focused on leading the inbound sales team, driving customer acquisition, monitoring performance, and providing clear reporting to the Country Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, data-driven, and capable of motivating the team to consistently exceed targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and coach the inbound sales team to maximize conversions and customer acquisition.
  • Handle escalations from inbound calls and ensure high-quality client experience.
  • Monitor daily team performance (calls, conversion rates, pipeline, closures).
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly sales reports with the Country Sales Manager.
  • Support the team in improving sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on all inbound leads (calls, chats, website requests).
  • Identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities within the team and propose improvement plans.
  • Ensure adherence to sales policies, CRM usage, and reporting accuracy.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience leading or supervising a sales team, preferably inbound.
  • Strong knowledge of the Egyptian market, customer behavior, and buying cycles.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in ERP, fintech, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a hands-on leadership style.
  • Ability to align team performance with company growth objectives.
