Sales Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Sales billing in ERP system
  • Sales outstanding tracking (Excel)
  • Pending order management (Excel)
  • Maintaining finished goods stock
  • Preparing monthly sales reports
  • Maintaining all sales-related reports
  • Handling damage claims
  • Preparing other reports as required by management

Requirement:

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in an FMCG company (mandatory)
  • Strong command of Excel and reporting
  • ERP system experience required
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree (B.Com / BBA or equivalent).
