Store Coordinator

Job description:

We are looking for a coordinator having 1 to 2 years of experience with minimum intermediate education.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receives daily demand/requisition in the system from all outlets and handovers to the production department.
• Coordinate with outlets if a timely demand is not received.
• Receives finished goods material from production and dispatch to outlets as per delivery schedule.
• Check finished goods received from production against the requisition and prepares gate passes as per the actual material received.
• Coordinates with the production department for customer orders to get them prepared and dispatched on the required time.
• Manage overall dispatch operations, by coordinating with branch, production, align loaders and drivers to dispatch material as per delivery schedule.
• Ensures delivery van is sealed before leaving for delivery.
• Ensures all deliveries are done as per total material provided by production.
• Maintains record of gate pass received form branches.
• Maintains delivery van time logs.

Pay: Rs28,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
