Discovery Land Company is a premier developer of luxurious private communities and members only golf clubs across the United States, Europe and Middle East. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in Dubai and support our sales operations for our exclusive private community and golf club.


This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Experience in the real estate industry in the Middle East, including familiarity with RERA, DLD, and ESCROW processes, is essential.


Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, processing orders, and maintaining sales records.

Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for potential buyers and members, answering inquiries and providing information about our community and club.

Database Management: Maintain and update CRM and customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.

Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, tours, and meetings for the sales team and potential buyers. Coordinate logistics for sales events and open houses.

Documentation: Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.

Reporting: Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Real estate experience in the Middle East is critical, including familiarity with RERA, DLD, and ESCROW and EJARI processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Thorough understanding of local jurisdictional laws with expertise as it applies to real estate development.
  • Must be Bilingual
