Job Objective
The Sales Advisor is responsible for driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with merchants by providing exceptional service, training, and support throughout the application process. This role requires maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services, ensuring the effective use of the company’s app, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Advisor will actively engage with merchants and customers,address concerns, and promote the company’s offerings, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Visits & Merchant Engagement:

Conduct daily visits to assigned merchant locations, following strategic routing and company guidelines.

Ensure regular, consistent engagement with all merchant branches to maintain strong visibility and influence.
Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants’ sales staff.

Act as the primary point of contact to foster trust and drive collaboration between the company and partner stores.
Merchant Support & Training

Assist merchants throughout the application process, providing support and addressing concerns to ensure a seamless experience.

Train and qualify merchants’ sales reps on using the company’s app (covering technical aspects, processes, and procedures).
Marketing & Branding

Ensure all stores are equipped with the necessary marketing materials.

Maintain brand consistency and visibility across all partner outlets.
Product Knowledge & Customer Service

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all loanproducts and financial services to effectively communicate with customers.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Sales & Performance

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs through effective selling techniques and customer relationship management.

Apply effective sales techniques to drive product uptake and conversion.
Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with company policies, avoid fraudulent behaviors, and address customer complaints effectively.

Track and report sales performance regularly, ensuring alignment with company targets for each assigned branch.

Adhere to operational processes and tasks as per company guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships

Tech-savvy with the ability to train others on mobile applications

Target-driven, with a proactive and self-motivated mindset

Willingness to travel daily to multiple branch locations
Minimum Experience
-
From 1–3 years of experience in outdoor sales, merchant onboarding, or customer-facing roles
-
Experience in financial services, telecom,insurance, or FinTech is a strong plus
