- Achieving individual and collective sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experience, as per company’s service standards (UPT, ATV and personal target will be shared by Store Manager)
- Driving sell-throughs within the store
- Display role model behavior of fashion-savviness by sharing market and competitor trends with the team.
- Keep up to date with specific Brand product knowledge
- Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach; Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements
- Promote loyalty program and stay up to date with app offerings etc.
- Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs
- Maintain personal grooming standards as per Brand guidelines, whilst wearing current season uniform issued by the company as per the current SOP
