Sales Agent

Job Description:

Mars BPO Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and confident Sales Agents to join our fast-growing international campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with U.S.-based clients, promoting services, and achieving sales targets in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international clients.
• Explain and promote company services confidently.
• Handle objections, build rapport, and close potential deals

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Fluency in English with a clear accent.
• Confidence and motivation to work in a sales-driven environment.
• Ability to work the night shift (6 PM – 4 AM).
