Sales Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Agent to join our team in the Recruitment Industry. As a Sales Agent for our recruitment business, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients who may benefit from our staffing and recruitment services. You will proactively reach out to businesses, understand their hiring needs, present our service offerings, and secure new business partnerships. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, persistence, and a solid understanding of sales strategies. Experience in B2B sales or recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of prospective clients.
• Understand clients’ hiring challenges and present tailored recruitment services.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
• Facilitate the interview process, coordinate interview schedules, and provide feedback to candidates.
• Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and outsourcing agreements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or related fields (preferred).
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain client relationships.
• Comfortable with outreach methods (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting).
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor degree or equivalent required,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
