Sales Agent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Associate / BDM to drive new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and expand our market presence in the joinery and architectural interior sector. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the joinery industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development or sales.

• Hospitality
• High-end, premium apartments & villas
• Education
• Clinics
• Aviation
• Premium commercial offices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-8 years in B2B sales within joinery, architectural metal works, interior fit-outs
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and project workflows is a plus.
