Sales Agent (Digital Marketing)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports to: Sales Manager/Sales Closer

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Agents to promote and sell our digital marketing services , including social media management, SEO, PPC, web development, and branding solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, confident in communication, and motivated to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, social media, email, and networking.

• Present and promote digital marketing services to businesses across various industries.
• 
  
• Understand client needs and recommend customized marketing solutions.
• 
  
• Follow up on leads, manage client relationships, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• 
  
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns.
• 
  
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• 
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
• 
  
• Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and marketing approaches.

• Proven experience in sales , telemarketing , or digital marketing sales preferred.
• 
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, etc.).
• 
  
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• 
  
• Goal-oriented with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
• 
  
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools or spreadsheets.

• Minimum: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
