Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service to clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, advertising, and referrals.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about properties.
• Advise clients on current market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Prepare and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain an updated database of listings and clients.
• Assist clients with legal and documentation processes related to buying, selling, or leasing property.
• Achieve sales targets set by management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive (real estate background preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
