Position Overview
We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about property, skilled in sales, and committed to delivering exceptional service. You will manage property transactions, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our continued success in the Abu Dhabi market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice tailored to client needs
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
  • Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and integrity
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
