Sales Agent - Trucking Dispatching

About Our Company:
Our company is a growing and dynamic truck dispatch service dedicated to supporting owner-operators and small fleets. We provide the essential backend support that allows our clients to focus on driving, ensuring they get the best loads and maximize their profits. We are a team of passionate logistics experts based in the Architect Society, Lahore, and we're looking for a driven salesperson to join our office team.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our on-site team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, educating them on the value of our dispatch services and signing them up for our solutions. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and directly contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients within the trucking industry through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of our dispatch services, including how we find loads, negotiate rates, and handle logistics.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with owner-operators and fleet managers.
  • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in trucking, logistics, or dispatch is a huge advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Must be able to commute to our office in Architect Society, Lahore.
  • FA/F.Sc required; Bachelor's degree or O/A Level is a plus.
