Job Description.

Title: Sales Analyst cum Coordinator

Location: Thaikkattussery, Ollur.

Qualification: B. Com/ BSc

Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinated closely with field staff to ensure timely TA-related processes and smooth daily operations.
• Maintained and managed monthly data backups for all field staff to ensure accuracy and security of records.
• Prepared and monitored weekly DSR (Daily Sales Report) updates to track team performance.
• Ensured timely submission and effective coordination of TP (Tour Plans).
• Handled purchase orders, supply coordination, and provided operational support as required.
• Ensured timely supply distribution to support uninterrupted sales activities.
• Followed up on timely payment collection and outstanding dues.
• Conducted and coordinated sales data analysis to support management decision-making.
• Supported the implementation and usage of new applications and digital systems.
• Coordinated and organised sales meetings, reviews, and internal communications.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
