Position Title: Application & Sales Specialist – Medical Devices
Location: Sector F, DHA Phase 1, Islamabad
Department: Sales & Applications
Key Responsibilities:
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Medical Equipments.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
- Experience in lab, chemistry, immunoassay, microbiology. etc
- Willing to work in field for outstation visits for the installation and troubleshooting etc.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, biomedical engineers, and purchasing departments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and explore cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and hands-on training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Provide technical and clinical support during product installations, trials, and after-sales service.
- Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure smooth implementation and optimal product performance.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and develop targeted campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and customer feedback.
- Submit required documentation, reports, and updates in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in MLT, Microbiology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in sales or application support of medical devices or diagnostic equipment (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical understanding of medical equipment and its clinical applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits, demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Self-motivated with a passion for healthcare innovation.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

- Diagnostic Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
