Job Description:

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive to join our IT company and accelerate business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of IT products and solutions, excellent sales skills, and the ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into tailored offerings.

Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and offering tailored IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to align on customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecast sales pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technology advancements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in technology solutions, Storage solutions, cloud services, or software sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity, SaaS applications, and enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, lead generation, and closing complex deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.
  • Good knowledge in HW specs specially Cisco, Fortinet, DELL, HP..
