Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development & Sales Representative to

drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the US market.

This role extends beyond demonstrations: the ideal candidate will present our solution

persuasively, articulate measurable business impact and convert prospects into

paying clients.

The focus is on consultative selling; linking our technology directly to operational efficiency,

cost reduction and returns on investment.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver engaging, high-impact product demonstrations to Human Resources leaders,

founders, and decision-makers

● Translate product features into tangible business outcomes and measurable value

● Handle objections and answer technical/business questions confidently

● Follow up strategically to accelerate pipeline conversion

● Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system

Ideal Candidate

● Based in Europe with strong overlap in US business hours

● Native-level or near-native English proficiency, with confidence presenting to US

executives

● Demonstrated experience in SaaS, HR technology, or AI solutions sales

● Skilled in consultative selling, value-based positioning, and closing deals

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify ROI and operational impact

● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate independently

Compensation

● Part-time engagement (10–15 hours/week)

● Commission tied directly to closed revenue
