Sales and Customer Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for client outreach, showcase our creative work and securing new projects/ opportunities for the company.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide detailed product/service information, create and send price quotations, and manage order processing from start to finish.
• Gather client requirements, communicate specifications to studio staff, and follow up during production and after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database, record all communications, and nurture relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Represent the studio at trade shows, exhibitions, or presentations; gather client feedback and build key accounts.
• Track sales performance metrics and collaborate with the operation team to reach new audiences and improve offers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant field
• Architectural background is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or client relations preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively.
• Comfortable representing the company at events and engaging with diverse audiences
