Sales and Leasing Consultant

VT CHADHA REAL ESTATE AND GENERAL CONTRACTING is a growing firm based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in residential and commercial property leasing and sales. With a strong portfolio across prime locations in the capital, we offer tailored solutions for landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated Leasing and Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new clients through calls, referrals, online platforms, and walk-ins
• Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential tenants and buyers
• Negotiate and close leasing and sales deals in line with company targets
• Prepare leasing/sales contracts and ensure timely documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients
• Stay up to date with real estate laws, regulations, and trends in Abu Dhabi
• Maintain accurate records using company tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate leasing and/or sales (preferably in Abu Dhabi)
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
• Presentable, professional, and self-driven
• Broker License is mandatory
