Role Overview

We are seeking a globally minded and client-focused International Property Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with international buyers and investors, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and deep knowledge of the UAE property market. You will be responsible for guiding overseas clients through property transactions, offering market insights, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist international clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi
• Conduct virtual and in-person property viewings and consultations
• Provide expert advice on market trends, legal procedures, and investment opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with global clients, developers, and referral partners
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to support client needs
• Translate and explain contracts and documentation when required
• Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records
• Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to team growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international real estate sales or consulting
• Strong understanding of the UAE property market and global investment trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Russian, Chinese, French, German) are a strong advantage
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital communication tools
• Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and culturally aware
