Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our sales initiatives, developing and executing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will play a crucial role in promoting our services and expanding our reach within the educational industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure a seamless experience for students from initial inquiry to application and enrollment.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
• Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
• Event Management: Organize and participate in promotional events, webinars, and workshops to connect with students and promote our services.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and student preferences.
• Client Engagement: Engage with prospective students through various channels, providing them with detailed information about studying abroad and our services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with universities and educational institutions.
• Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase the agency's visibility and attract potential students.
• High School Outreach: Connect with high schools to build relationships with students and parents, promoting our services and educational opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or student recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Proficient in making flyers and graphic design
