Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

• Identify and target new customers for logistics services (Air & Sea freight, including international cargo).
• Generate leads via cold calling, references, and networking.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and offer appropriate logistics solutions.

Sales Planning & Target Achievement

• Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Marketing Initiatives

• Support promotional activities, branding, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate for digital marketing, content creation, and event participation.

Pricing & Negotiation

• Prepare competitive quotations for air and ocean freight.
• Negotiate rates with clients and close deals profitably.

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.

Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain MIS reports and provide market feedback.
• Analyze trends and suggest improvements in the sales process.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the logistics/freight forwarding industry, including international cargo.
• Good understanding of international logistics processes (air/ocean).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
