Sales and Marketing Officer

Lahore, Pakistan

The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote and sell the company’s products or services. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to drive revenue growth, build customer relationships, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Manage and update the company’s digital presence (e.g., website, social media, email marketing).
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior.
  • Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, or social media advertising.
  • Graphic design or content creation experience is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales volume and revenue targets achieved.
  • Lead generation and conversion rate.
  • Customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI, reach, engagement).
  • Market share growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs42,000.00 per month
