Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote the school’s image, programs, admissions, and community engagement. This role ensures consistent brand visibility, effective communication, and growth in student enrollment through innovative marketing campaigns and public relations initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & Brand Development
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with the school’s vision and admission goals.
- Strengthen and maintain the school’s brand identity across all campuses, ensuring consistent tone and design.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and parent/student preferences.
- Recommend marketing strategies for new programs or campus expansions.
2. Admissions & Enrollment Marketing
- Design and execute admission campaigns (digital and traditional) to attract new students.
- Coordinate open days, campus tours, and school fairs to enhance parent engagement.
- Monitor inquiry-to-admission conversion rates and optimize communication strategies.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to maintain a strong student enrollment pipeline.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage all digital platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the school website.
- Plan and execute content calendars (photos, videos, student stories, achievements).
- Run paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to target prospective parents.
- Track analytics and prepare monthly reports on engagement and lead generation.
4. Public Relations & Communications
- Build strong relationships with local media, community leaders, and educational networks.
- Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and event coverage.
- Handle all internal and external communication to ensure positive public image.
- Represent the school at community events, exhibitions, and education expos.
5. Creative & Event Management
- Oversee design and printing of marketing materials (banners, flyers, brochures, prospectuses).
- Plan and execute school events (annual day, sports day, graduation, etc.) with strong branding.
- Supervise photography and videography for promotional use.
- Manage vendors, agencies, and budgets for marketing activities.
6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities, admissions data, and campaign performance.
- Evaluate ROI on campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain marketing expense budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing (education industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines.
