Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing team in executing day-to-day marketing activities, including managing social media posts, running email marketing campaigns, and developing fresh marketing strategies for assigned products. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all content
• Track basic engagement metrics and suggest improvements

Email Marketing:

• Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Apollo.io or similar tools
• Build and manage targeted contact lists and perform audience segmentation for effective outreach
• Track campaign performance metrics and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversions

Marketing Strategy Development:

• Assist in brainstorming and developing new marketing strategies for assigned products
• Support research on competitors, market trends, and customer behavior
• Contribute to marketing presentations and reports

Content Creation & Collaboration:

• Take ownership of designing and developing marketing content (visuals, emails, and posts) for various campaigns
• Ensure content aligns with the brand tone, product goals, and campaign objectives
• Work closely with the product and marketing teams to support campaign execution and product promotions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns) is a plus
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Creativity and willingness to learn and take initiative

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Awareness of SEO, paid ads, or content marketing concepts
• Internship or college project experience in marketing is a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
