Sales and Purchase Coordinator

The Sales and Purchase Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales and procurement cycle for IT infrastructure, networking products, ELV solutions, and hardware. The role involves coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely execution of orders, accurate documentation, and smooth flow of materials and services. The position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of IT/ELV products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:

  • Prepare and process quotations, proposals, and sales orders for IT/ELV solutions.
  • Coordinate with sales engineers and account managers to fulfill client requirements.
  • Maintain and update CRM/ERP systems with sales activities and customer records.
  • Support in preparing tender submissions, BOQs, and client presentations.
  • Track project deliveries, ensuring client deadlines are met.

Purchase Coordination:

  • Source IT hardware, networking products, and ELV materials from approved suppliers/distributors.
  • Prepare purchase orders, compare supplier quotations, and negotiate for best pricing and lead time.
  • Monitor stock and ensure availability of materials for ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery and installation.
  • Verify supplier invoices, delivery notes, and reconcile with purchase orders.

General Coordination & Administration:

  • Act as a liaison between clients, suppliers, finance, and project teams.
  • Maintain proper filing of contracts, quotations, POs, and other related documents.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, purchase trends, and stock movement.
  • Assist finance team in following up on client payments and supplier settlements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Familiarity with IT products (servers, networking, cabling, security systems, etc.) is a must.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP/CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced project environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
