Position: Sales & Recruitment Coordinator

Mode of Hiring: C2H

Duration : 12 months

Experience: 1+ years

Required Skill

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales/Business development/Inside sales experience in recruitment industry
  • Solid understanding of inside sales, email campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and client coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, events, or onboarding activities
  • Basic understanding of the marine industry and related talent requirements.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on outreach, onboarding, and conversions.
  • Gather market feedback and recommend improvements to services and client engagement strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
