Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Collect customer information, accompany sales teams on visits, provide English-Turkish on-site interpretation, and assist with signing and cooperation.
• Support managers in formulating sales plans, track implementation progress, coordinate internal/external resources, and help the team meet objectives efficiently.
• Maintain customer relationships, conduct regular follow-ups to align with customer needs, resolve cooperation abnormalities, complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction and partnership stability.
• Prepare sales contracts, track payment progress throughout, sync status timely, and alert to and report payment abnormalities.
• Collaborate with the team actively and fulfill other sales support and administrative coordination tasks assigned by managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Mechanical Engineering, Translation, International Trade preferred; fresh graduates are also considered.
• Fluent in English, competent in business negotiations, on-site interpretation and written correspondence.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel frequently, eager to learn sales skills, foreign trade compliance rules.
• Willing to expand professional knowledge of CNC machine tools.
