Job description

Trojan Limited is looking for Sales Assistants to support the sales team in day-to-day activities and customer coordination. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or O/A Level qualified candidates who are motivated to build a long-term career in sales.

Eligibility

  • Fresh graduates or O/A Level qualified students
  • Up to 6 months of experience (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Candidates with a strong interest in sales and customer interaction

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in customer follow-ups and coordination
  • Communicate with potential customers professionally
  • Support lead handling and basic sales processes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations

Required Skills

  • Good English communication skills (spoken and basic writing)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
  • Confidence, discipline, and professional attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Is Rs:60,000 to Rs: 70,000
