Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Assistant based in Egypt to support our CEO and client engagement efforts.

Your main focus will be client follow-ups, call scheduling, and maintaining communication in English and Arabic.

This is a client-facing position that requires a warm, polished presence and the ability to represent the company confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up daily with the CEO’s client portfolio via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries in English and Arabic.
  • Maintain accurate client records in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track proposals, meetings, and next steps.
  • Represent Smartt-AI with a well-presented, professional appearance and engaging personality during calls and meetings.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Well-presented and professional, with a pleasant, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Confident speaking with senior executives and high-profile clients.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple leads at once.
  • Experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or tele-sales is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (remote + occasional in-person).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
