Sales Assistant-female (Freshers)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to work directly with the Head of Sales, supporting day-to-day tasks across documentation, coordination, and internal processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Sales in preparing documents, reports, presentations, and quotations
• Review project requirements, including RFPs/RFQs, and organize key information
• Assist in drafting and compiling responses for proposals and client submissions
• Coordinate with internal team members to gather required inputs
• Track tasks and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• Maintain organized records of documents, proposals, and quotes
• Support sales-related processes such as updates, tracking, and follow-ups
• Assist in improving workflows and internal processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Good command of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
