We areseeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant ManagerPresales Support & Lead Generation to support sales efforts inour Finance & Accounting (F&A) and Contract Management businessservices portfolio. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, andnurturing leads to build a strong sales pipeline for our enterprise/BPM salesteams. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B lead generation,preferably in outsourcing, shared services, or technology-enabled financesolutions.

Responsibilities
1. Sales Activities
- Develop a good understanding of Nexdigm’sservice offerings and stay connected with the operations, sales, and marketingteams for updates and developments.
- Maintain a repository of sales collateral,gather new material from practice SPOCs, and work with them to create relevantsales presentations and documents as required.
- Assist with preparing presentations for clientmeetings. Participate in sales calls as required and take down and circulatecall notes
- Work with various internal teams and externalpartners to create comprehensive proposals demonstrating a clear understandingof client requirements and offering solutions that address challenges and addvalue to them. Ensure on-time delivery and quality.
- Project manage and prepare RFP responses whileensuring completeness and timely submissions.
- Track and manage legal contracting-relatedrequirements, which includes creating and submitting SOWs/Work Orders andchange orders/addendums, ensuring timeliness, and sharing regular statusupdates. Work with the legal, quality, and data security teams as required.
- Hold and track versions of the contracttemplates, such as the NDA, MSA, Engagement Letters, SOWs/Work Orders, ChangeOrders/addendums, etc.
2. Internal Cross Selling - Lead Generation & Research
Identify and research target accounts across various verticals.
Map key decision-makers (CFOs, Finance Controllers, Procurement Heads, etc.) within the target accounts.
Outbound Prospecting & Campaigns
Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, events/webinars) to engage prospects.
Build awareness about F&A offerings (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Analytics, AI/ML solutions, etc.).
Manage campaigns in collaboration with marketing to maximize conversion.
Pre Sales Activities:
Conduct client discovery and assess F&A & CMS process needs.
Prepare proposals, decks, and client-facing collateral.
5. MIS Reporting
6. Overall – Project Management and SupportingInitiatives
Support the Business Process Managementteam in their sales, marketing, and business development initiatives:
Maintain sales kits and training documents forthe sales
Participate in visibility campaigns and events
Assist in other assigned initiatives/project
Understand and break down complicated andconvoluted matter and present it in a simple structure for further action.E.g., project plans, brochures, various discussion topics, etc.
- Engage with various practices and functions tounderstand their operations and concerns and establish frequent communicationon deliverables.
- Efficient and Effective communication withrelevant stakeholders (internal or external) to address concerns and removeroadblocks
- Conduct research, prepare project plans, andschedule tasks to meet deliverables. Get buy-in from SPOCs responsible forcompleting tasks within planned timelines.
- Actively monitor the scheduled activities andimplement control mechanisms to address activities that do not conform to theplanned schedule.
- Identify and resolve issues that mightnegatively impact the project deliverables; identify, assess, and prioritizerisks and provide options for action; and address sensitive issues with tactand discretion.
PreferredSkills and Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or Marketing (MBA preferred).

4–7 years of experience in lead generation/inside sales, with at least 2+ years in Finance & Accounting/Contract Management Services /Business Process Management domain.

Strong understanding of F&A processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) and transformation levers (automation, analytics, AI).

Proven ability to prospect and engage senior stakeholders (CFO, Finance Directors, Controllers).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics) and lead-gen tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).

Self-starter with strong ownership, persistence, and result orientation.
