Sales Associate

Job Location:

This position will be based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Contacting current & prospective customers to sell and explain services and identifying the products/ services that best meet the customer needs
• Following up with customers to close the sale, answer questions, and explain the importance of verification and trust.
• Responsible for speaking with prospects in the defined pipeline via calls and emails.
• Identifying the customer needs on call, seize the opportunity to upsell products.
• Leveraging data and resources to identify sales opportunities for business growth.
• Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Personal Attributes:

• Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment - comfortable with Change, be eager to learn, un-learn & re-learn.
• Ability to work in a high frequency, trading floor culture. With the objective of achieving daily, monthly, and yearly targets.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, or Google equivalents

Preferred Experience and Background:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from top tier university
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ (Telesales Experience is a Plus) is preferable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
