Job Title: B2B Sales

Location: Doha, Qatar

Reports to: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Job Purpose

The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business-to-business sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets by promoting the company’s products/services to corporate clients, distributors, and institutional buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients.
  • Develop customized proposals and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Provide feedback to management on market demands and customer requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with strong closing ability.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in Food and Beverage preferred).
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage, if in Middle East).
  • Valid driving license (if role requires travel).
