Sales Associate

About the Role

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the UAE market.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Identify client needs and present telecom solutions (SMS, A2P, Voice, CPaaS, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs as defined by management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, and finance) to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in telecom, IT, or enterprise messaging industry (A2P SMS, CPaaS, or similar preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in telecom, IT, or enterprise messaging industry (A2P SMS, CPaaS, or similar preferred).

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive salary with attractive commission structure.

Job Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

License/Certification:
