About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, assisting them with program choices while gaining practical experience in sales, student support, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage student inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Guide students on academic programs, career paths, and enrollment processes
• Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns
• Update and maintain records in CRM platforms
• Support senior team members during calls, demos, and events
• Prepare reports and track performance metrics
