Sales Associate

We are looking for a passionate and friendly Sales Associate to join our team!

If you enjoy interacting with customers and have a passion for premium products like nuts, saffron, and sweets, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in-store with a warm, professional attitude.
• Explain product features, promote sales, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate POS devices and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and organize displays.
• Prepare product packaging and ensure presentation standards are met.
• Support basic inventory and reporting tasks using company software.

Requirements:

• Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Full computer literacy is required, including:
• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Operation of POS systems and related devices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred.
• Presentable appearance, punctual, and reliable.
• Must be able to work full-time shifts and adapt to flexible hours.
