The Job: Deliver a high-quality retail experience, achieve personal sales targets, and support all aspects of store operations while representing Rivoli’s brand values and heritage.
Job Description
A. Sales
· Consistently achieve/exceed set individual sales and KPI targets.
· Create a personalized and professional shopping experience for every client.
· Deliver a complete sales journey by engaging customers with compelling brand storytelling and confident product demonstrations.
· Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize transaction value.
B. Client Relationship Management
· Record and update client data in CRM systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular, personalized follow-up.
· Handle after-sales service requests in coordination with the Customer Care Centre team.
C. Product & Brand Proficiency
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, features, and brand heritage.
· Attend and actively participate in product and brand training sessions.
· Share product insights and brand stories with clients to enhance their experience.
D. Store Operations
· Ensure compliance with store opening/closing procedures and cash register operations.
· Support inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
· Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the sales floor at all times.
· Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and retail standards.
· Submit accurate daily sales and client activity reports.
E. Teamwork & Collaboration
· Collaborate with team members to achieve collective store targets.
· Share feedback, best practices, and client insights during team briefings.
