We’re Hiring | Sales Associate – UAE (Remote)

We are looking for a Sales Associate with a strong reach across the UAE among companies, brands, agencies, and organizations that host events, execute brand activations, and require design & build services.

This role is network-first - ideal for someone who already knows who to call, who decides, and how to convert conversations into projects within the UAE events and experiential ecosystem.

Key Focus of the Role

• Generate quality leads from:
• Corporate brands hosting events
• Companies requiring design & build, exhibitions, pop-ups, and brand activations
• Leverage an existing UAE-wide professional network
• Convert leads into closed projects, not just proposals
• Build long-term client and agency relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Proven UAE market presence in:
• Events
• Brand activations
• Design & build / fit-out
• Exhibitions & pop-ups
• Strong reach with decision-makers (marketing, procurement, project managers)
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently
• Comfortable working remotely with performance-driven KPIs
• Self-motivated, relationship-focused, and result-oriented

KPIs & Performance Expectations

Monthly

• 15–20 qualified leads
• 2–3 project closures
• Weekly follow-up & engagement reports

Quarterly

• Consistent revenue growth
• Repeat business from existing clients
• Expansion of agency & direct client network

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
