POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Looking for a fast-paced role where no two days are the same? As a Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—welcoming travelers from around the world, driving sales, and keeping the store running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll create a friendly, high-energy environment while delivering exceptional service, maintaining store standards, and helping customers find exactly what they need—quickly and efficiently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver a customer-first experience by greeting, assisting, and thanking every guest

• Drive sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations

• Promote current offers, products, and services to enhance the customer experience

• Handle transactions accurately using POS systems

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

• Support inventory tasks including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed

• Work collaboratively with your team to meet store goals

• Follow all cash handling, safety, and loss prevention procedures

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in retail or customer service (preferred, not required if you’ve got the right attitude)

• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment

• Reliable, adaptable, and able to multitask with ease

• Comfortable working flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
