About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Associate to join our team in Dubai. This role is integral to driving business growth and building lasting relationships across retail, exhibitions, events, and out-of-home branding sectors. The Sales Associate will be responsible for both business development and account management, working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new opportunities and achieve monthly company growth targets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in target industries including retail, luxury, F&B, exhibitions, and event agencies.

· Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring exceptional service, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.

· Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project solutions tailored to client needs.

· Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring commercial viability and client satisfaction.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in printing, fabrication, and production sectors.

· Collaborate with internal production, design, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered to scope, on time, and within budget.

· Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions and provide reports to management, ensuring proactive measures are in place to meet targets.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within the advertising, printing, exhibitions, and or out-of-home branding industries.

· Established client database supported by strong, long-standing industry relationships.

  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Strong familiarity of production processes, materials, and fabrication methods.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

· Commercially focused with strong relationship-building and account management skills.

· Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license is an added advantage for outbound client and site visits.

Compensation:

The successful candidate for this role will be offered a comprehensive package, including:

· Competitive base salary with commission structure

· Travel allowance (where applicable)

· Performance-based incentives and rewards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
