Our client is looking for a results-driven Sales Associate with excellent interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service in Oman . The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in the GCC, along with fluency in Chinese and English. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strive for excellence in sales performance through accurate transactions and appealing merchandise displays.
  • Attend product knowledge training sessions; full attendance is mandatory.
  • Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed to entice customers.
  • Participate in inventory processes and ensure smooth operations during team breaks.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently, minimizing wait times at point of sale.
  • Handle payment transactions safely and responsibly.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.


Qualifications and Skills :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment in the GCC.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach.
