Sales Associate – Furniture Business

We are looking for a Sales Associate to support our furniture business through active lead generation, client outreach, and in-person customer interaction in the showroom. This role suits someone confident on the phone, proactive with follow-ups, and comfortable working across both sales and basic marketing tasks.

This is not a passive role. You will be expected to initiate contact, chase opportunities, and support deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients in the showroom, understand their needs, and present suitable furniture solutions
• Explain product features, materials, and customization options to showroom clients
• Confidently appear on camera for reels and short videos when required
• Assist in preparing and sending quotations to clients

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or business development in GCC region
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients
• Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
• Solid understanding of customized or made-to-order products is an advantage
• Presentable, proactive, and result-oriented
