We are looking for a professional and result-oriented Bidder / Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, writing winning proposals, and closing deals on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.

You’ll play a key role in bringing new projects and helping our development team grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and submit high-quality bids/proposals on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate project terms and close deals confidently.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads and build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate project estimates.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bidder / Business Development Executive / Sales Closer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Strong understanding of IT services (especially Web Development, WordPress, Shopify, and Design projects).
  • Ability to write persuasive proposals and handle client objections effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in managing time.

Working Hours:

  • Total: 9 hours per day
  • Break: 1 hour included

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Sales on freelancer upwork : 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
