Royal Smart Limousine (RSL) is Dubai’s premier provider of luxury and executive transportation services. We proudly serve a distinguished clientele that includes top-tier hospitality brands, embassies, government entities, VIP travelers, and leading corporate organizations.

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Broker to join our Commercial Division. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales expertise, a strategic mindset, and an established network across hospitality, corporate, and transportation sectors.

Position Overview

The Sales Broker will be responsible for driving new business, brokering high-value fleet and transportation partnerships, and managing key corporate accounts. This role combines strategic sales, business development, and client relationship management — with direct impact on revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Strategic Sales

  • Identify and secure new B2B clients across hospitality, government, event management, and corporate sectors.
  • Develop customized transportation and mobility solutions for client needs.
  • Lead negotiations and close long-term contracts with C-level decision-makers.
  • Represent RSL at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

2. Commercial Brokerage Operations

  • Act as a bridge between corporate clients and vehicle vendors for short-term or fleet-specific requirements.
  • Build and manage supplier networks to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle — from proposal and documentation to invoicing and delivery.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Conduct periodic client reviews and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and consistent communication.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Input

  • Monitor UAE market trends in mobility, logistics, and luxury transport.
  • Support the marketing team in developing B2B campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
  • Advise management on pricing strategies, service models, and market positioning.

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all clients, opportunities, and contracts.
  • Generate regular sales performance and revenue forecast reports.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE commercial regulations and company policies.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • 5–10 years in B2B sales, brokerage, or enterprise business development.
  • Experience in transportation, fleet leasing, or hospitality preferred.
  • Proven success in closing large-scale commercial deals.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and client service orientation.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages such as Russian, Hindi, or French are an advantage).
  • Valid UAE Driving License.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
