Sales Broker

We are seeking a highly experienced Leasing Agent / Real Estate Broker to support the expansion of a real estate portfolio in Qatar.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of the local market, strong business development capabilities, and a proven ability to source and secure residential and commercial leasing projects while maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibility Areas –

Market Knowledge

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Qatar rental market and its dynamics
• Monitor pricing trends, demand, and activity across key locations including Doha, Lusail, The Pearl, and West Bay
• Analyze competitor activities and market positioning
• Possess sound knowledge of property types including residential buildings, compounds, retail units, offices, and mixed-use developments
• Maintain familiarity with property management requirements, building facilities, and applicable legal norms

Target Property Segments

• Residential: Apartments, villas, compounds
• Commercial: Retail shops, office spaces, showrooms
• New Developments: Residential towers, mixed-use projects, investment buildings

Compliance & Professional Expectations

• Ensure full compliance with Qatar real estate laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Maintain accuracy, transparency, and professionalism in all transactions and client communications
• Keep all documentation, agreements, and client records properly updated
• Uphold ethical standards and represent the organization professionally at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5–10 years of leasing or real estate brokerage experience in Qatar
• Strong track record in securing new residential & commercial projects
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills
• Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of key areas: Doha, Lusail, The Pearl, West Bay
