Admin and Sales Support

In alignment with the UAE Government's Emiratisation strategy and in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE), this position is designated exclusively for UAE Nationals as part of our 2025 Emiratisation targets.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to handle invoicing, statement of account management, payment follow-up, sales order forecasting and processing, and revenue forecasting. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate invoicing, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain precise records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Track customer invoices
2. Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve issues
3. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
4. Ensure revenue forecast and recognition are accurately recorded and reported

Requirements

1. Basic accounting knowledge
2. Excellent communication and follow-up skills
3. Attention to detail and organizational skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Skills

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
2. Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce
