Sales & Business Development Manager

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our wholesale operations for the Toys category.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the Dubai Deira Wholesale Market, exceptional communication skills, and proven leadership in managing sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Lead and supervise a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual targets.

⁠ ⁠Develop new business opportunities across local and export markets.

⁠ ⁠Maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients, retailers, and distributors.

⁠ ⁠Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential product gaps.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with management and accounts for pricing, invoicing, and stock planning.

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale toys trading within Dubai specially Deira Wholesale market.

⁠ ⁠Fluency in Hindi/Urdu & English; basic Arabic preferred.

⁠ ⁠Strong computer literacy: Email, MS Office, Tally, and basic accounting.

⁠ ⁠Proven track record in business development and market expansion.

⁠ ⁠Leadership and team management experience are mandatory.

⁠ ⁠Must be available for immediate joining.
